Need a short highlight from a long recording, or only one part of a screen capture? Video Clip offers two focused controls:
Use either control on its own or both together. Processing happens in your browser without uploading the video.
The tool maps the selection from the displayed player to the video's original pixel coordinates, then applies FFmpeg's crop filter. The selected area therefore corresponds to the source video, regardless of the player's display size.
Can the selected start or end differ slightly from the output?
The workflow seeks to the start before reading the selected footage. Timestamp and codec behavior can affect boundaries, so preview the selection and check the exported result when timing matters.
The current tool exports one segment at a time. Repeat the process for additional segments.
The timeline and crop selection are designed around mouse dragging, so a desktop browser is preferable.
The editing tool exports MP4. Use Video Format Converter afterward if another format is required.
